This notice covers the DCSNS landing page at getdcsn.com and getdcsns.com, operated by DCSNS — The Decisions Company. It does not cover Either or Fernwae. Those are separate sites, and their own notices apply once you leave this page.

This page does not ask you to create an account, subscribe, or send us your name or email. We do not use analytics, advertising, or retargeting tools, and we do not sell personal information.

What reaches us when you visit

The site is static. We do not keep a customer database from it. To deliver the page, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical details a browser sends with any request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. That information is used to operate and secure the site. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, it sends your IP address and basic browser details to Google. Google’s own privacy notice describes what it does with that request: policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies

We do not set cookies, and we do not use cookie-based analytics or advertising. A separate cookie notice explains that in more detail. Your browser may still store ordinary session data for the site, and the product sites we link to may set their own cookies.

Do not sell or share

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Those phrases have the meanings given in the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. Because we do not sell or share information that way, there is no list to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and provide a way to opt out before we do it.

If you are a California resident, you may still ask us to know, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and you may appeal a decision on that request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. You may use an authorized agent if you provide proof of permission. On this landing page we do not hold an account profile, so there is usually nothing stored to produce, correct, or delete beyond short-lived hosting logs.

We process the technical data described above because it is needed to present and protect the site. That is our legitimate interest. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data, or ask for a portable copy. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cloudflare and Google may process that technical data in the United States and other countries. We do not make automated decisions about you on this page, and we do not use your visit to profile you.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we start collecting more than the technical data described here, we will update this notice and change the date at the top. Continued use of the page after an update means the new notice applies.
